LAMINATING - WRAPPING - GLUEING
The innovative technology of MHF laminating and wrapping systems offers a high degree of flexibility for the machining of frequently changing work pieces with different profiles. The patented ring system of the pressure zone has a modular structure, can be easily accessed and guarantees very short setup times. Hot-melt adhesive is applied with surface nozzles or rolls and is absolutely flat for machining width of 10 to 1,600 mm. Only very thin layers of adhesive must be applied.
MHF supplies complete production lines with upstream or downstream machines which process rolls or sheets of coating material made of plastic, wood, aluminium and many other materials.
