Profile wrapping systems from the WrapSTAR series

A sturdy machine support with a robust steel frame structure for setting up different machinery units. These modular machine construction offers unlimited retrofitting options. The whole technical equipment can be matched according to any client-specific requirements. Here some examples for machines and parts of our WrapSTAR series:


Profile wrapping system WS 300 DA

with nozzle application up to 300 mm and premelter extruder for coating with paper, PVC and CPL.

Adhesive: EVA, PO and PUR hot melts.

Profile wrapping system WS 300

with roller application up to 300 mm and flying saw. Wrapping with paper and veneer in sheets or rolls.

Adhesive: EVA and PO hot melts.

Profile wrapping system WS 300

a glue application station for 300 mm. 2 pressure zones in the portal with mhf ring system for continuous production without fitting time delays.

Profile wrapping system WS 1200 DA

for nozzle application of up to 1.200 mm with vat melter for coating with PVC, CPL on PVC.

Adhesive: PUR hot melts

Intake station

with dusting brushes broad surface brush that can be steplessly adjusted for height. Infrared beams that can be rgulated an adhesive application.

Double unrolling units

with automatic attachment for a continuous process.

Nozzle application

with an automatically swerving into position. Application width may be externally adjusted during the production. Ideally suited for melted PU adhersives. This system makes an extraordinary smooth and even adhesive application possible.

MHF ring system

with rapid adjustment of pressure rollers in sveral directions by simply loosening the C-clamps. Convenient arrangement. C-clamps easily accessible. Significant reduction in fitting time.

Nozzle pressure zone

the pressure and guide roller hight adjustable using a spindle.

Hanging console

this mobile console is accessible at all points of the machine.
